SaarSetu is committed to providing quality business consultancy services. This Refund Policy outlines the
terms and conditions under which refunds may be provided for services rendered.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Most services provided by SaarSetu are non-refundable once initiated or completed. These include:
- Company registration and incorporation services
- Legal document drafting and review
- Government filing assistance (GST, ITR, ROC, etc.)
- Certification and compliance services
- Consultancy and advisory services
- Digital marketing and design services
3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Not Rendered: If SaarSetu fails to provide the agreed-upon service within the
stipulated timeframe due to SaarSetu's fault.
- Complete Service Cancellation: If the client requests cancellation before any work has
commenced, a refund of 100% may be granted.
- Partial Cancellation: If work has been partially completed, only the unused portion
(less administrative costs) may be refunded at SaarSetu's discretion.
4. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, clients must:
- Submit a written request to info@saarsetu.com with full details of the service and reason for refund
- Include the transaction receipt and service agreement documentation
- Submit the request within 30 days of service payment
- Await SaarSetu's review and decision
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Upon approval of a refund request:
- Refund approval will be communicated within 10-15 business days
- Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Bank processing time for refund credit may take an additional 3-5 business days
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are explicitly non-refundable:
- Government fees and charges paid on behalf of clients (retained by government)
- Third-party service fees (CA fees, notary charges, etc.)
- Consultation fees for advisory services once provided
- Premium or expedited service charges
7. Client Responsibility
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The client provides incomplete or incorrect information
- The client fails to provide necessary documents or cooperation
- The client cancels after significant work has been completed
- The service cannot be completed due to client's fault or government rejection
8. Special Services
For specialized services like pitch deck creation, AI solutions, or digital marketing, refund eligibility is
determined on a case-by-case basis. Clients should discuss refund terms before service initiation.
9. Disputes and Escalation
In case of disputes regarding refunds, clients may escalate their concern to our management by sending

10. Policy Changes
SaarSetu reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately
upon posting to the website.
